By accessing or using Analytise ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Analytise provides AI search visibility tracking and analytics. The Service monitors how brands, products, and competitors appear in AI search results across platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. We provide insights, recommendations, and analytics based on automated scans of these AI engines.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law.
5. Data and Privacy
We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Analytise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Analytise, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
